Fortunately, he doesn’t need to go through his calendar and all emails exchanged with leads or customers, he has Odoo Sales. The app sales organize the “To-do” list automatically thanks to the dates and stages he has entered previously when filing up the follow-up notes for each lead, opportunity. He can directly click on the “Next Actions” button on his Sales dashboard. And he can continue the flow. Once the sales order has been accepted via the online interface, the invoice is automatically created by the system. It creates a entry in the Accounting Journal, and an entry in the stock. Now the logistic responsible uses Odoo WMS app and knows directly what has been sold, and he can proceed their own tasks.

Thanks to the marketing features of the editor, the person who fills-up the form on her website is directly into the Odoo Sales app with all the information. Mia can start to make a follow-up with that person.
